Inside Sales Associates are responsible for business and account development, educating the market on Moderno's business and solutions provided, representing Moderno at industry event, develop a deep partnership with Moderno's in house marketing team to leverage the tools available to further penetrate the market, ensure partners have adequate marketing materials that represent Moderno's current offerings and lead generation. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Qualify potential B2B Partnerships 
  • Attend industry events with customers and prospective customers
  • Present product knowledge to customers 

Qualifications 

  • Understand sales processes and dynamics 
  • Commitment to excellent customer service 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and vendors 
  • Experience using computers for multiple tasks
  • Competency of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to climb ladders and work at height
  • Ability to lift 50lbs+ regularly
